Emirates and Travelport sign content agreement

Emirates and GDS provider Travelport have signed a global five-year content agreement today to give agents access to the airline’s full inventory.Travel agents using the Galileo, Apollo and Worldspan platforms will now be able to access Emirates’ up-to-date inventory of flights and fares. “We have worked hard with Emirates to reach a cost-effective agreement that will truly benefit our travel agency customers worldwide,” said Travelport Vice President for Airline Business Development, Europe, Middle East & Africa Matthew Hall. “This deal continues on our strategy of securing full content programmes across the globe and demonstrates the continued value of our distribution channel”.
