HolidayTaxis.com has revealed a new function on its website. Users of the website will now be able to amend and cancel bookings online through the new option, which goes live on 1 June. In line with the launch, HolidayTaxis.com has also adapted its charging policy for cancellations, which it believes will benefit agents more. “From 1 June, when our new functionality is made available to our trade partners, any bookings that have to be cancelled will be done so free of charge, as long as the required instruction is done online by the agent, at least 24 hours prior to the original commencement time/date of the booking,” confirmed Sales and Marketing Director Ian Coyle. The changes have occurred after agent feedback suggested online amendments saved time and money.
