Singapore Airlines will increase its Munich to Manchester service later this year. From 1 September the service will operate daily using Boeing 777-300ER. “The fact that we will be operating daily to Munich just five months after introducing the new destination is a testament to the popularity of the route,” said Singapore Airlines Executive Vice President Marketing and the Regions Goh Choon Phong. “We are pleased that our products have been so well received, and we are confident that the additional flights will cater to the growing demand of our business and leisure customers travelling to and from both Munich and Manchester,” he added. The additional flights will increase frequency between Singapore and Germany to 21 flights per week. It was launched in March and started as a five-times-weekly service.
