New members for Mid Wales Tourism

Mid Wales Tourism has welcomed 42 new members so far this year thanks to its new digital marketing services. The organisation, which represents 500 tourism and hospitality businesses in Powys, Ceredigion and Meirionnydd, helps companies to market their products and give them membership discounts. “We are receiving a lot of new enquiries about membership because tourism businesses are interested in the wide range of digital marketing and money saving services that we now offer,” said Mid Wales Tourism Chief Executive Val Hawkins. “Digital marketing is becoming ever more complicated as more booking channels come on stream and we are trying to make the process as simple as possible for our members,” she added. “We are currently offering members an e-marketing review by providing telephone support to help them overcome any issues that they might have.”
