Travel associations join Transport Hub

ABTA, FlyingMatters and the Airport Operators Association have joined a forum to push transport into the Government’s political agenda. The forum, named Transport Hub, works in a similar way to Climate Clinic and Health Hotel and aims to create a space for transport experts and delegates to network and debate. Its has also been joined by Freight Transport Association, Kapsch and other travel organisations. “This party conference season will be our first opportunity to quiz parties on their policy since the election and we must make sure that transport is at the heart of that debate,” said ABTA Head of Public Affairs Luke Pollard. “Aviation needs to be firmly placed back on the government’s agenda and that will be ABTA’s number one objective at this year’s party conference season.”
