Sabre Travel Network has unveiled a preview of its new Sabre Red Business Intelligence Product at the NBTA Convention in Houston. Using the solution, agencies can gain access to industry reports and travel data to help them improve their own performance and provide insight into travel programs for their clients. “We operate in a business environment where success hinges on how easily information and data can be transformed into insights that add value, generate revenues, and reduce costs,” said Sabre EMEA Senior Vice President Martin Cowley. “Our new Business Intelligence solution provides travel management companies with an easy and simple way to help their corporate clients save money through increased control over travel expenses.” The system will use the reporting and consolidation tools of Traveltrax but with real-time transaction information and three years’ worth of historical travel data. Meanwhile, the global rollout of the Sabre Red Workspace began last week.
