Voyages Jules Verne (VJV) has launched a new review and community area on its website. The Visitor Review application, provided by Digital Visitor, is named VJVLounge and will encourage members to exchange ideas and information. The tour operator hopes the service will increase bookings. To encourage activity, members will be rewarded points for various posts such as entering competitions and uploading reviews to receive exclusive VJV pins. “VJVLounge is an exciting and innovative community which will allow customers to provide genuine reviews on their experiences of our arrangements and to interact with each other,” said VJV’s Head of Product and Marketing David Pattison.
