WTM launches UK exhibitors e-shop

World Travel Market has teamed up with VisitBritain to launch an online shop for its exhibitors’ products. Through the e-shop at www.wtmlondon.com/ukshop, UK based exhibitors will be able to sell their travel services and tourist attractions to delegates. “The e-shop offers a convenient outlet for UK exhibitors to promote their products to visitors who are looking to add a leisure aspect to their World Travel Market business trip,” explained WTM UK and Ireland Regional Account Manager Lucie Winter. “As well as making it easy for visitors to pre-plan their travel to WTM; it’s great to be able to extend the invitation for participants to let the shop help them make the most of their time here so that they can experience more of what London & Britain has to offer,” added VisitBritain’s e-Commerce Partnerships Manager David Childs-Clarke. Travel options available include Oyster cards, airport transfers and train tickets from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton. Attractions such as Hampton Court Palace, Tower of London and St Paul’s Cathedral are also on the e-shop, as well as sports stadiums Twickenham, Wembley, Wimbledon, Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge. Delegates can also purchase sightseeing excursions of London, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
