Customer loyalty seminar announced

The Chartered Institute of Marketing Travel Industry Group (CIMTIG) has announced a seminar to discuss customer loyalty. The session, named ‘Are your customers for life or just for lunch?’ will hold talks on who owns the customer; how revenue can be maximised and how the travel industry compares to others in terms of consumer ‘ownership’. Representatives from tour operator Black Tomato, website Cheapflights Media and SAS will host the sessions at The Bloomsbury Hotel in London on 27 September.
