CWT UK signs up for Travelport’s hotelNett

Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) UK has become the first customer of Travelport’s new hotel bill back system - hotelNett. The solution, which has been created with eNett International, allows TMCs to settle hotel bills through an electronic hotel invoice process. It will receive all itemised and VAT compliant invoices made on the Travelport system and means that travellers do not have to settle the bill directly. eNett manages the overall bill back programme including hotel registration, processing and ongoing support to customers. “Providing this hotel bill back service will lower costs, improve productivity, and allow for more timely payments,” said CWT UK Director of Industry Affairs Nigel Turner. “I believe it will help reduce administration and allow us to focus on continually improving efficiencies and service for our clients.”
