Directski.com buys out Ski Beat

Directski.com has expanded into the ski chalet market following the acquisition of Ski Beat. The company, which also owns Ski McNeill and B2BSki, will now have 50 chalets in six French resorts in its portfolio. “Carrying about 10,000 skiers annually, Ski Beat is recognised as one of the UK’s most successful independent chalet operators with a fantastic reputation for quality and I’m delighted that they are now part of our organization at a particularly exciting time in our growth,” explained Directski’s CEO Anthony Collins. “After seeing huge demand last year for keenly priced chalet holidays, we’ve been on the look out for exactly this type of opportunity.” Ski Beat’s Managing Director Nigel Oldham said the move would promote its product to a wider audience.
