Airlines have reducedtheir flight schedules to and from France ahead of the air traffic controlstrikes, which start at 5pm today. French Civil Aviation Authorities have instructedairlines such as Air France, easyJet and Monarch to reduce or cancel servicesas a ‘preventive measure’. Air France said it expects to operate 100% oflong-haul flights from Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly, while half ofits domestic and European services will operate. Meanwhile, easyJet is offeringtransfers or refunds on cancelled flights, although only two its services havebeen cancelled so far. Delays are possible and strikes are set to finish at 4am(GMT) on Friday.
