Superbreak has announced it will now send invoices straight to agent’s inboxes to make the process quicker and more environmentally-friendly. “Many agents contacted us immediately and with the assistance of Head Offices, we have been able to get the large majority switched in a short amount of time and we are now working through and making contact with remaining agents,” said Superbreaks’ Trade Sales Development Manager Chris Cundall. The operator has also re-designed its ‘confirmation’ document to provide agents with more information to give customers. This will be live from 28 October onwards. The paperless system is not currently available for attraction, theatre and transport tickets. In addition, agents will now be given a reference number at the end of a call-centre enquiry to speed up processes if they confirm an order.
