Affordable Car Hire has announced it will launch its agent training academy at World Travel Market (WTM). The news comes after the car hire company reported a 61% year-on-year rise in European and Worldwide bookings. Affordable has said its increased number of EMEA suppliers helped boost the figure, as well as its forward-planned allocation. This has allowed availability to be more constant. “It’s great to see the hard work paying off after an incredibly busy peak season,” said Angela Day, founder and CEO of Affordable Car Hire. Bookings in America, which is the company’s top selling destination, have also increased following the introduction of National Alamo. Spain and Cyprus rentals have also been popular, as well as France and Italy.
