Superbreak delays increase in rail prices

Superbreak has announced it will delay the increase its prices on rail packages following the recent rise in train fares. The tour operator will put no additional cost on its rail inclusive short break prices until 30 April. “Agents have a really tangible opportunity here to generate sales,” said Graham Balmforth, national sales manager at Superbreak. “In 2010, agents sold over 200,000 packages including rail, a 15 percent increase year-on-year. This is clearly an important market.”
