British Airways has relaunched its free loyalty programme for small and medium sized businesses. The airline is currently offering free national newspaper advertising through the scheme, known as On Business. Advertising will also be offered online and through BA emails across Europe and Asia Pacific. “British Airways understands that the needs of small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) often differ from those of larger companies and that they sometimes struggle to gain the benefits that many big businesses are offered in their industry due to their size,” said Ian Romanis, head of loyalty at BA. “Thanks to On Business they can earn points on all qualifying British Airways flights that can then be redeemed for future flights, upgrades and hotel accommodation.” A new website at www.ba.com/onbusiness has also been launched to provide access to accounts, destination guides and trade tools.
