Amadeus has launched a new Facebook game in conjunction with its new Cars Plus tool. The game, named Cars Plus World Tour, allows agents to race friends and colleagues and win prizes if they complete the game in the quickest time. It has been designed to show the simplicity of Amadeus Cars Plus, which gives travel agents the chance to search car rental offers, availability and pre-population data from customer profiles and travel agency policies. “The goal of Amadeus Cars Plus is to make agents’ lives easier,” said Rob Golledge, head of marketing communication at Amadeus UK and Ireland. “Instead of having to visit individual car provider websites with their different layouts and booking flows, our customers can utilise the familiar and productive Amadeus environment to book ground transportation quickly and easily.” Amadeus will announce a winner every month through Facebook.
