Abu Dhabi looks to strengthen tourism ties with Jersey

The Abu Dhabi Tourist Authority (ADTA) has said it is looking to increase its tourism and finance connections in Jersey. Philip Ozouf, the Channel Island’s deputy chief minister and minster for treasury and resources met HE Sheikh Sultan Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, chairman of ADTA  at the opening of the Jersey Finance representative office in Abu Dhabi. Plans are now in place for an ADTA float to feature at Jersey’s annual Battle of the Flowers event. Ozouf said he hoped the float would not only show Abu Dhabi’s cultural offering but also raise awareness of its new office.
