Superbreak has added a series of new rail options to its portfolio which can be added to its short breaks. Rail journeys from stations on the Grand Central route will be available to book from 26 April, offering rail to the West Yorkshire, Wearside, Teeside and Durham Coast regions. The stations have been added due to demand from travel agents. “West Yorkshire, Teeside and the Durham Coast is a massive area for us with the trade very active in selling our products, especially into London,” said Graham Balmforth, national sales manager at Superbreak. “We listened to what agents were asking us for and we have been able to add Grand Central to our already comprehensive rail packages to London. This new partnership gives us additional localised options to our agents and their customers.” Rail can be added at the time of booking and there are no peak fares.
