AITO Specialist Travel Agents has officially released its new 10-point Customer Charter for members. The consumer promise aims to consolidate ATIO Agents’ core values of quality, honesty and expertise in an official document. It will be sent out to AITO members this week to use in store and to give to customers. “Particularly with the unsettled economic and political climate across the world, customers and suppliers need to know that they are working with the very best travel agents,” said Oliver Broad, chairman of AITO Agents. “This commitment on the part of AITO Agents shows that we take their needs very seriously.” He encouraged travel agents who believed in the charter to become an AITO member.
