The luxury hotel Dukes London will be launching a new restaurant on 2nd September. THIRTY SIX by Nigel Mendham is located at No 36 Little St James Street in London’s West End, and replaces the former Dining Room at Dukes. According to the restaurant, its menu will offer “modern British food with a classical twist”. Sample dishes include Goosenargh duck, savoury granola, black cherry and almond milk, roast quail, terrine forstiere, braised leg and quail jus, and rhubarb crumble, ginger custard and ice cream.
Appropriately seating thirty six diners, the interiors of the restaurant are the work of designer Shaun Clarkson, who also worked on the recently refurbished suites at Dukes, as well as the Perrier-Jou
