Regent Seven Seas Cruises has designed a keepsake book and personalised holiday documents for guests about to board one of its ships. The books will be tailored to the client’s itinerary and will split into three sections, the first of which will detail reservation information including the travel agent contact details. The second section will then list booked or available excursions for the client’s cruise and the third section will provide information on the ship they are sailing on. In addition, a final summary will be sent 14 days before departure, which will be sent to the travel agency unless stated otherwise. Dining reservations will be included in the documents from November and Regent will send out ‘trigger email’ notifications to alert agents that documents have been sent to clients. Graham Sadler, managing director UK and Europe at Regent said the documents will include information on senior officers, guest lecturers and themed cruises in the future.
