Bright plans bigger roadshow after 2011 success

Travel consortium Bright has revealed it hopes to hold a larger number of workshops next year following the success of this year’s roadshow. The company plans to expand its events programme in more new locations. It has held training for more than 450 travel agents at 10 events this year, with four dates left. These include Bath on 10 October and Exeter on 11 October. It will also call at Wilmslow on 1 November and will hold its final workshop in Warwick on 2 November. “We’ve run 10 workshops so far, this year hosting more than 450 independent agents,” said Hisham Mahmoud, chairman of Bright. “Not only have they shown us an invaluable level of support across the board, but we have been so impressed with their knowledge and skill base”.
