Europcar has launched a checkout service on its website to speedup the process for clients.
The car hire company has rolled out the eReadyfunction in Australia, Belgium, France, Germany,Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the UK. The tool willautomate the rental agreement on reservation.
“Not only does the customerbenefit first-hand, but with more customers using eReady, customer service as awhole will be improved at our car hire stations as a key part of the rentalprocess is automated,” said Ken McCall, managing director for Europcar GroupUK. “This is just the first stage of this new service, and we plan to add evenmore advantages for our customers in the future”.
