Virgin Atlantic has added the first of new training modules to its agent site.
Theairline will be adding a new module to the website every month until Decemberand agents have the chance to win prizes for completing the new sections,including a year’s supply of chocolate, a personal shopping experience atSelfridge’s and a spa weekend.
“We have had great feedback from agents so faron our new site and we are continually looking to add new content to it,” saidPaul Waits, general manager sales at Virgin Atlantic. “These new trainingmodules are designed to offer agents the opportunity to become experts on theVirgin Atlantic product and provide their customers with the most informationpossible”.
In October an Upper Class module will be added, followed by PremiumEconomy in November and economy in December.
