Amadeus has partnered Cornerstone Information Systems, the reservation management and business intelligence technology company, to boost its corporate travel business.
The deal will see Amadeus become an official global distributor of two of Cornerstone’s corporate travel solutions. Amadeus iBank will provide an agency or corporation with extractable reports to manage their travel programme, with key features including reporting based on reservation or back office data, more than 100 pre-defined reports, and dynamically-updated graphical views of elements such as travel spend, airline contract management, air policy performance and supplier management.
Amadeus iQCX meanwhile, is an automated reservation management solution that includes agency-branded emails to travellers, automatic issuance of tickets, and add-on services such as automated waitlist management and seat assignment.
