easyJet has recently accepted 17 graduates from six European countries into its European Graduate Programme.
The programme offers opportunities in several areas of the airline, including operations, finance, engineering, IT, network, revenue & sales, marketing and HR. Each graduate is assigned a dedicated mentor to provide them with business and career advice.
Alita Benson, easyJet’s people director, said; “easyJet is delighted to welcome 17 graduates from across Europe to the business. This marks a key step in easyJet’s commitment to developing talent across Europe. During this economic down turn we are aware that many companies are reviewing whether they should continue with their graduate programme but we are absolutely committed, and have just begun the recruitment process for our October 2012 graduate intake.”
