“With rapidly increasing tourism and business industries, India holds an abundance of growth opportunities for hotel companies. We are delighted to announce the signing of these three new properties, especially in such renowned areas like Agra. We remain committed to developing hotels with distinctive designs and offerings while strengthening our global presence in sought after destinations,” said Ken Greene, President & Managing Director of Asia Pacific for Wyndham Hotel Group.

The 154-room and suite Wyndham Grand Agra, owned by Shekhar Resorts Limited, is schedule to open by the end of 2011. Ramada Alleppey is slated to open in March 2012 with 112 rooms including 24 suites, while the Ramada Ghaziabad, BS Road will be a 100-room property with 20 suites. It is scheduled to commence operations in March 2016.
