DLF seeks binding bids for Amanresorts

DLF has asked bidders for its luxury hotel chain Aman resorts to make binding offers within two weeks. The deal is valued at US$400 million (INR1,980 crore), sources close to the matter told the Economic Times. DLF has asked for about six final bids from a pool of 10 non-binding bids in a process managed by Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, which is expected to be completed in a month’s time.
