Dream Hotel chain to expand in India

The Dream Hotel chain, owned by Indian-American Chatwal Hotels & Resorts, plans to expand in India with a project in Goa slated to open in 2013. The company is looking at other destinations in India like Jaipur, Mumbai and New Delhi to set up new Dream Hotels.
“The Dream Hotel in Goa will offer a unique experience for Indians as well as to foreign travellers. The project which will cater to international traffic and have will have a private beach among other facilities is scheduled to open in 2013,” the Economic Times reported Chatwal Hotels & Resorts’ Chairman and CEO, Sant Chatwal as saying. Earlier this year, Chatwal had announced plans to set up 50 new hotels in India in five years as part of a major expansion into South Asia in partnership with the Wyndham Hotel Group.
