Cruise & Maritime Voyages has hailed its video channel a success after increasing its engagement with customers. The cruise line’s marketing manager Mike Hall told Cruise News UK the videos have been very ‘powerful’ as sales staff can immediately email them to clients and have converted into bookings. “We have found that more cruisers are doing their research online and our videos have been very powerful as they offer bitesize information that covers each cruise. While its Titantic themed itinerary has sold out, Hall said the cruise line’s Northern Lights itineraries for 2013 are already nearly 70% full. It is gearing up to launch its 2013 schedule later this month.
