The page, which was formally called ‘Cruising for Excellence’, provides the industry with an area to communicate with Royal Caribbean and other agents – while also giving them access to RCI’s other brands – Azamara Club Cruises and Celebrity.
“Over the years Royal Caribbean Cruises has made considerable investments to engage agents and help them sell with the utmost confidence,” said Jo Rzymowska, associate vice president & general manager for UK and Ireland. “The new dedicated travel agent Facebook page provides a space to share advice, expertise and cruise fun with our loyal trade partners and we look forward to increasing our interactions online. Agents will also be able to find out what’s new and keep up to date with the latest campaigns and offers on the Facebook page.”
The page will also offer information on what ships have to offer – allowing agents to train in an interactive environment.
