Best Western has selected RateGain to boost its online channel exposure in Asia and the Middle East.
The company is using RateGain’s SaaS-based channel management solution in order to increase business through a range of online channels, including the Best Western website, OTAs, mobile apps and its new Facebook booking engine.
Speaking at the sidelines of Best Western’s recent Asian & Middle Eastern Members Meeting at Kuala Lumpur, Glenn de Souza, the hotel company’s Vice President of International Operations for Asia & Middle East, stated; “We endorsed RateGain as our preferred partner since they provide an excellent channel management solution… to leverage our business and increase the number of avenues that deliver bookings to our hotels.”
