Michelin-starred chef Andrew Fairlie will join Seabourn’s World Cruise programme in 2014.
Fairlie, Scotland’s only two Michelin-starred chef, is to host the ‘Culinary Conversations’ event onboard Seabourn Sojourn.
Two cooking demonstrations will offer guests the opportunity to learn first-hand the secrets of his signature dishes as well as taste the cuisine.
The programme will incorporate Fairlie designing a signature menu for Seabourn, served in Sojourn’s Restaurant, where the chef will share meals with other guests throughout the voyage.
The patron of the only two Michelin-Starred restaurant in Scotland, the Gleneagles Hotel and Resort, will be onboard Seabourn Sojourn’s 15-day World Voyage VIII, sailing from Hong Kong to Singapore, departing 14 March 2014.
He will join Tony Award-winning Broadway star Patti LuPone and former CIA operative Tony Mendez, whose actions inspired the Academy Award-winning film ‘Argo’.
The itinerary includes: Hong Kong; Halong Bay, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam; Ko Kood and Bangkok in Thailand; and Singapore. Prices start from £4,599 per person for all-inclusive cruise only, based on two people sharing a suite.
