Thailand’s Boutique Hospitality Management Asia (BHMAsia) has launched a new collection of luxury villas.
Following the recent introduction of its X2 Chiang Mai Villa and Le Bayburi Pranburi, BHMAsia said it had “a number of inquiries from owners about villa management”. As a result, the company has decided to build on its existing Away Resorts brand and create the Away Villas Collection.
A selection of villa properties, initially in Thailand, BHMAsia said the Away Villas Collection is designed for “over-stressed [people] who just need to get away from their normal routine”.
“Away Villas are designed in a simple yet comfortable manner and appeal to people who recognise that they need to find a better balance, without forging some of life’s luxuries,” the company said.
Initially, the collection will comprise four villa properties in northern Thailand – three in Chiang Mai and one in Chiang Rai.
Away Phucome Chiang Mai Villa is a luxury three-bedroom villa located on the outskirts of the city, and features living space, a kitchen and dining room indoors, and a swimming pool, barbecue and dining terrace outside.
Also in Chiang Mai, Away Paradise Chiang Mai Villa is a large seven-bedroom Lanna-style home set on the banks of the Ping River, and features two kitchens, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a private pool overlooking the river.
Also catering for larger groups, Away Nirvana Chiang Mai Villa is a six-bedroom villa set in the rice fields surrounding the city. Formerly a retreat for the royal family, the villa offers a large living area, decks and terraces, a kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a barbecue area, sala and private pool.
Finally, over in Chiang Rai province, the Away Chiang Kham Villa comprises two villas, each with three bedrooms. There is also a swimming pool, private tennis courts, golf facilities and herbal steam room.
The new collection of villas complements BHMAsia’s existing portfolio of Away resorts in Koh Kood, Pranburi, Chiang Mai and Phnom Penh.
