Hilton Hotels & Resorts has officially announced its first hotel in Chad, Hilton N’Djamena which takes Hilton Worldwide’s overall presence to 100 countries and territories.
The property, on the Chari River, is located in the district of Sabangali in N’Djamena. The latest addition joins Hilton Worldwide’s growing portfolio of 37 hotels in Africa.
Located near the National Museum, Grand Marche (Central Market) and Avenue Charles de Gaulle, the property includes 194-room of which 11 are suites.
The property features the poolside Acqua Bar and Grill, the Axis Bar and Lounge, L’atelier in the hotel lobby, Distillerie which has whiskey and cocktails, while Merkato offers all-day dining facing.
The Hilton N’Djamena has eight meeting and event spaces, including a ballroom that caters for up to 500 people, plus a 24-hour health club with cardio and strength-training equipment and an outdoor pool.
