The Fullerton Hotel’s new website has now been launched. It encompasses The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, so that guests can navigate, plan and book their visit in either property.
The new site allows guests to filter and select the purpose of their visit, indicate the dates and number of guests, and be presented with information and prices.
Available in four languages, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Japanese, the site is accessible on multiple devices, including desktop, tablet or mobile.
Mr. Giovanni Viterale, general manager of The Fullerton Heritage said: “As our business levels and guest engagement continuously evolve at a rapid pace, our priority is to redefine the online outreach and engagement as an extension of our pillars of service excellence.”
